Job Summary: The person with this role will be responsible for contributing to the top-line of the organization. This person will be the front face of the organization for our customers and the responsibility of maintaining the reputation of the organization, as that of a customer-centric one, therefore lies upon the shoulders of our Consultants.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
• Managing Team Leads and Frontend Sales Team in a given micro-market area
• Training and supervising sales team while planning and implementing sales strategy
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and revenue gains for the company.
• Maintain relations with the developers by regularly conducting meetings at our office and visiting their projects.
• Build and increase relationships with institutional channel partners, national distributors, financial capitalists and channel partners.
• Ensuring that the team is at optimal strength by recruiting team members through its own network.
• Designing and planning the launch of new projects & Planning events with partners for spot closures
