Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests to the casino, providing them with information on games and promotions

Assist the Casino Host in organizing and hosting casino events and tournaments On Board Cruise Ship

Monitor the casino floor and ensure all games are running smoothly and efficiently

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a clean and organized casino environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning machines

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Stay up-to-date on all casino promotions and events to effectively communicate them to guests

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations and laws

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino or hospitality setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records

Knowledge of casino games and regulations is preferred

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary gaming licenses

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
