After Sales Engineer - Distribution - Balikpapan (B-120620)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to customers to monitor unit performance and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle technical issues and complaints directly on-site, ensuring timely and accurate problem resolution.

Participate in technical evaluations of new products, particularly in mining areas, including staying at the site during the evaluation period (up to 1 month, 2-3x a year).

Perform unit inspections, analyze issues, and provide technical feedback to internal teams.

Provide brief technical training or guidance to end users when necessary.

Have strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle bodies such as mixer trucks, dump trucks, vacuum trucks, and other specialized equipment.

Job Requirements:

At least vocational school (SMK) graduate from related major.

Conversational level English.

At least 1 year experience as After Sales.

Domicile in Balikpapan area or willing to relocate.

Own a motorcycle + SIM C.
