What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Create and provide analytics data on call/web chat arrival patterns and agent efficiency
  • Analyze call center reports and agent attendance data using WFM software
  • Develop staffing schedules based on volume forecasts to maintain service levels
  • Monitor agent performance and escalate concerns to management as needed
  • Conduct training for supervisors on workforce tools and processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Workforce Management role in a contact center
  • Expertise in call center staffing tools and staffing models
