This is a remote, commission-based sales role for people who want flexibility, ownership, and the ability to grow based on performance. There is no hourly pay, no cubicle, and no pretending effort does not matter.

We train motivated individuals to become professional life insurance sales consultants working with warm, inbound clients. You will follow a clear process, receive structured training, and get real support. You will not be cold calling, and you will not be left to figure things out on your own.

This role is a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable learning a new industry and skill set
