Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist will assist in the smooth integration of individuals, clients, and partners into the foundation's programs and services. Responsibilities include conducting onboarding sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, providing guidance and support to new participants, and addressing inquiries effectively. The specialist will act as the first point of contact for new participants, maintaining clear communication and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and provide support effectively
  • Proficiency in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration experiences
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify and address onboarding challenges proactively
  • Prior experience in customer or volunteer engagement is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • A passion for social impact and the mission of the Face Friends Foundation
