Position: Voice Recording Specialist (US Accent – General American)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $25–$35/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Record natural phone conversations simulating real customer support interactions.
• Clearly spell out names, emails, and phone numbers while maintaining conversational flow.
• Vary tone, pacing, and delivery with natural pauses and filler words for authenticity.
• Produce recordings across multiple environments, including quiet, muffled, and speaker-mode conditions.
• Capture required call codes and accurately log metadata in the provided tracking sheet.

Requirements

• Native or authentic General American US accent.
• Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP not permitted).
• Access to a phone and computer for recording and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recording guidelines precisely.
• Comfortable working independently with time-sensitive deliverables.
