About the job
As a Virtuoso-affiliated and IATA-accredited travel advisor, I work with a broad portfolio of hotels, villas, cruises, and private travel services worldwide.
My partnerships include reputable brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Aman, and Four Seasons, as well as renowned cruise lines such as Explora Journeys, Four Seasons Yachts, and Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
These collaborations enable me to offer an excellent range of travel experiences, from standard accommodations to boutique and luxury stays.
The product range is larger than I can actively promote on my own, so I am opening a structured collaboration opportunity.
This structure includes a comprehensive onboarding process that involves signing a partnership agreement and participating in initial training sessions.
The onboarding process is designed to be straightforward and efficient, ensuring that new partners are equipped and organized in their roles within a week. Furthermore, ongoing support is provided to help our affiliates succeed.
I am looking to connect with professionals who have a solid personal or business network and would like to generate occasional additional income by recommending trusted travel services.
Ideally, partners should have experience or connections in hospitality, real estate, events, HR, expat communities, or similar fields where travel plays a significant role. We prefer collaborators who demonstrate organizational skills, reliability, and a genuine interest in travel.
However, there are no strict limitations, allowing flexibility for anyone whose network regularly engages in travel activities.
How it works, in simple terms:
- You identify and refer people in your network who are planning trips (holidays, cruises, business travel, family stays, etc.).
- I handle itinerary design, booking logistics, and concierge-level support.
- Once the client has traveled and the supplier has paid out, you receive a commission on completed bookings. Commissions are typically paid out monthly, allowing you to plan your cash flow effectively.
- To give you a clear idea, the commission rates generally range from 5% to 15% of the total booking value, depending on the nature of the service provided and the supplier agreements. For instance, a completed booking valued at $1,000 could earn you a commission of $50 to $150. There is a minimum payout threshold of $100, ensuring significant earnings before processing. It may take up to 30 days after the end of each month for commissions to be processed and paid out, allowing for confirmation of all transactions.
This is a commission-based partnership with no upfront costs or exclusivity. It's ideal for those who want to monetise their network while providing valuable, curated travel services. Full training and support are included.
