Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Travel Agent at Valpo Getaways Travel Agency. The Travel Agent will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals, while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. The role will also involve creating personalized travel itineraries, handling inquiries, and contributing to sales by promoting travel packages and services. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing reservations and addressing client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent client support
• Knowledge of Car Rental services and booking processes
• Basic to advanced Sales skills, ensuring effective travel package promotion
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a remote environment
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
