Role Description

We are seeking a full or part-time Travel Advisor to join our team in the Greater Chicago Area or abroad. The Travel Advisor will assist clients in planning and booking tailored travel experiences, managing travel arrangements, and providing expert guidance on destinations, options, and exclusive offerings. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, organizing travel itineraries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication with customers and travel partners. The role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of travel products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and travel partners
• Experience in planning and managing Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and more
• Knowledge or experience working in a Travel Agency or similar industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools is a plus
• A passion for travel and helping clients achieve their dream vacations
