Role Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and video recordings into clear, accurate, and well-structured text
• Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and contextual accuracy
• Label speakers and apply precise timestamps to ensure clarity
• Review and correct automated transcripts to improve accuracy
• Handle sensitive content securely and maintain confidentiality
• Deliver high-quality work within defined turnaround times

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English with strong grammar and language command
• Strong experience with transcription, editing, or annotation workflows
• Strong typing proficiency with high accuracy
• Strong active listening skills to capture nuance and speaker intent
• Experience using transcription tools or software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
