Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our UI/UX design services, identifying customer needs, and providing excellent customer service and support. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of communications, participating in training sessions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve defined targets and goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Customer Support and Sales

Ability to participate in Training sessions and apply learned skills effectively

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge or interest in UI/UX design is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
