Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technology Care Coordinator. The Technology Care Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional care coordination services, managing cases, and facilitating the successful implementation of personalized technology solutions for clients. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, collaborating with team members, ensuring sustainable technology use, and providing outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing the independence and quality of life for clients through technology-driven solutions.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM–7:00 PM (EST)
This is a remote position. Scheduled travel as required.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting devices and applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service orientation with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams
- Experience in healthcare, human services, assistive technology, or IT support is preferred but not required
