Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, leading complex technical programs end to end
• Strong background in technical program management with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
• Expertise in creating detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Strong risk management experience, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
• Proven ability to coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success
• Experience overseeing quality standards through testing, validation, and review processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and methodologies
• Experience in generating and maintaining project forecasts in PM systems, including tracking actuals and analyzing resource needs
• Strong experience in vendor management and vendor selection
• Ability to facilitate quarterly planning and coordinate multiple teams for strategic planning and dependency management
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet
• Strong advocate of Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience promoting agile principles
• Skilled in identifying, managing, and resolving impediments, with clear and effective status reporting at multiple levels
• Proven ability to enable cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies, and support continuous integration and delivery
• Experience aligning and synchronizing multiple Agile teams toward shared program goals
