Title: Math/English/Writing Teacher or Tutor for 1st-8th Grade

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs across multiple subjects.
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse learning styles and educational requirements.
• Utilize learning technology and digital resources to enhance instructional effectiveness.
• Design and implement effective lesson plans that promote active learning and student engagement.
• Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s academic development.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and session outcomes.

Class Hours:

• School Year (September-June): Monday - Friday 3 PM - 6 PM, Saturday 10AM - 3 PM
• Summer Camp (July-August): Monday - Friday 9 AM - 12 PM / Afternoon Class Optional

Qualifications

• College students are welcome to apply
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
• Must be Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Must love working with children and enjoy teaching
• Patient, responsible, and positive attitude
• Must be a team player
