Summer 2026 Internship Program - United States

Program Overview

The Taylor Farms Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in the fresh food industry through immersive projects, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving.

Each Taylor Farms location and subsidiary designs its own internship experience tailored to its business operations. This provides interns with a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the people, processes, and innovation that drive our products from field to fork.

Interns are encouraged to learn from cross-functional teams, explore multiple areas of the business, and contribute meaningfully to work that supports our mission of delivering high-quality, fresh food every day.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities vary by site and department and may include:

• Supporting operational, engineering, or production initiatives

• Conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting insights

• Assisting with quality assurance, food safety, or process improvement projects

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

• Participating in company tours, events, and leadership sessions

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, Food Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• A self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn

• Strong communicator with solid organization and analytical skills

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Excited to experience the pace, complexity, and culture of a leading fresh food company

This is a paid internship. Compensation will vary based on location, department, role responsibilities, and experience, and will be determined in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal wage laws. Final compensation will be communicated during the interview or offer process.

For roles based in California only: the anticipated hourly rate begins at $18.00 per hour.
