About the job

We are seeking Small & Medium Business (SMB) owners with an annual revenue of approximately $1M+ (1000K) to participate in a paid engagement focused on real-world Google Workspace usage and feedback.

Participants will represent a diverse range of industries, including but not limited to:

• Real Estate Agencies / Independent Agents
• Marketing Consultants & Firms
• Advertising Agencies
• Bakeries, Retail Shops & Local Businesses
• Insurance Agencies
• Professional Services
• E-commerce & Online Businesses
• And more

Native : Spanish, Portuguese, Germany, Japanese & Korean

Prerequisites

Candidates must meet all of the following:

• Business owner or primary decision-maker of an SMB
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Uses Gmail / Google Workspace as a business communication tool
• Smart features enabled in Google Workspace

Email Account Requirements

• If using @gmail.com → Enrolled in Workspace Consumer Labs or willing to enroll
• If using a non-gmail.com domain → Enrolled in Workspace Alpha or willing to enroll

Qualification Criteria

The candidate’s Google account must meet these usage conditions:

• Account has been active for more than 2 months
• Business or project involves at least 2 active contacts (excluding themselves)
• Uses at least one non-Gmail Google Workspace application for business purposes:
• Google Chat
• Google Docs
• Google Sheets
• Google Calendar
• For Docs and Sheets, comments are actively used for collaboration (not just static content storage)
• Receives a minimum of 10 business-related email threads per week
