Role Overview

We’re seeking a mid-level SEO Content Strategist to support SEO execution across multiple healthcare clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO fundamentals deeply and can independently execute within established strategies, templates, and workflows.

This position is execution-focused, with close collaboration alongside senior SEO leadership. You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into high-quality, optimized deliverables — freeing senior team members to focus on strategy, innovation, and workflow development.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Content Execution

• Create SEO content briefs using established templates
• Develop keyword-aligned H1–H3 outlines and page structures
• Apply AI-optimized formatting (FAQs, summaries, entities, intent alignment)
• Ensure healthcare-appropriate tone, accuracy, and compliance awareness

Content Audits & Page Mapping

• Assist with SEO content audits and gap analyses
• Map pages to keywords, search intent, and site architecture
• Support content consolidation, optimization, and net-new page recommendations

On-Page Optimization & QA

• Optimize existing pages (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
• Perform SEO QA on content prior to client delivery
• Implement revisions based on feedback from account teams or clients

Workflow & Process Support

• Execute within established SEO and AI workflows (e.g., templates, SOPs, automation tools)
• Maintain documentation accuracy and consistency
• Flag gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword intent, and internal linking
• Experience creating or executing SEO content briefs
• Comfort working across multiple clients and priorities (agency experience is a plus!)
• Healthcare SEO experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI-assisted SEO concepts is a plus
