What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Verify and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policy and departmental guidelines
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation, approval signatures, and correct general ledger account coding
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system and correct data entry errors promptly
• Prepare monthly reports and reconcile monthly account statements with received invoices
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding payment of invoices and assist with other duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Word and Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate's Degree in Accounting
• Understanding of general accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
• Experience with Oracle software
