About the Opportunity:

This organization supports the mission to provide clean energy solutions. The Lead Scheduler role involves planning and scheduling production schedules, providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance. The position requires coordination with Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional areas. The Lead Scheduler has developed expertise in scheduling and broad knowledge of related disciplines. This position reports to the Director of Project Controls and is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve standard and non-standard problems using defined processes and expertise

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Project Controls and Scheduling work processes

• Apply technical and managerial expertise to improve effectiveness and guide employees

• Resolve operational, customer, employee, or technical issues affecting Project Controls and Scheduling

• Explain difficult issues and obtain agreement

• Anticipate internal and external business issues

• Develop solutions consistent with organizational goals

• Take a leadership role and act as a facilitator

• Coordinate work beyond own expertise

• Coordinate work activities with team members

Requirements:

• 10 years of project controls experience with increasing complexity; or

• 5 years in a technical/engineering lead role plus 5 years of project controls experience considered equivalent

• Ability to lead, influence, and solve high-level problems

Compensation:

• Base salary range estimated between $103,200 and $129,000 per year, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills
