Terra Energy is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to manage and optimize project schedules across our operations. This role is key to ensuring installations, inspections, and utility interconnections are planned, tracked, and communicated effectively.
What you’ll do:
- 📅 Create, update, and manage schedules for installations, inspections, and interconnections
- 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (city offices, inspectors, utilities)
- 📊 Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular reports
- 💬 Act as the main point of contact for scheduling-related communication
- ⚙️ Identify and help resolve scheduling conflicts and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or project support roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
