We are seeking a Scheduling Assistant to oversee daily scheduling operations, coordinate provider staffing across multiple facilities, and ensure operational accuracy. This role plays a critical part in maintaining seamless provider coverage, accurate payroll alignment, and clear, consistent communication across teams.
Compensation
This position offers a salary of $45,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position, and we will provide the necessary equipment to ensure success in the role.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily, weekly, and multi-week provider scheduling
- Coordinate provider availability, PTO, and call-out coverage
- Ensure schedules are accurate across internal tools and systems
- Communicate daily schedules and updates to providers and surgery centers
- Post staffing needs and schedule updates as required
- Support onboarding and scheduling setup for new providers
- Participate in operations meetings and follow up on action items
