We are currently seeking a Remote Scheduler / Dispatcher to support daily operations by coordinating crews, equipment, and project schedules. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch crews, equipment, and subcontractors for daily and upcoming projects

Coordinate closely with project managers, field supervisors, and vendors

Monitor schedules and adjust for weather, delays, or urgent changes

Maintain accurate records of assignments, time logs, and project updates

Serve as a central communication point between field teams and management

Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications

Previous experience as a scheduler, dispatcher, or coordinator (construction or logistics preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and email tools

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
