What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services
• Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate
• Assist with maintenance and updating of provider contact information
• Ensure that all medical appointments and patient information are entered into the electronic medical system
• Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0-25 lbs
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to share information orally
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, although no prior experience is required
