WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY EARN (NO FLUFF, NO BS) - We invest heavily in training, so here's what it really looks like:

• The range varies: some reps earn $5k–$6k/month (lower end), many land between $10k–$20k/month, and a select few reach $20k–$30k/month.
• Most reps put in roughly 5–8 hours/day.
• Top closers clear approximately $20k/month in commissions on top of a solid recurring base.
• After around 12 months, some top performers build a "book" generating ~$10k–$15k/month with minimal ongoing effort.
• We move quickly if the fit isn't right: approximately 50% are let go within the first 30 days.
• If you make it past day 30, you're typically set up to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Roughly 16 Zoom appointments/day (30 min each)
• Close $10k–$100k TV/media packages with small business owners
• Every appointment is inbound and booked directly to your calendar through a form application
• Show up punctually, every single time, and conduct calls professionally
• No high-pressure gimmicks. Ethical, compliant selling only — calls are monitored
• Must be comfortable navigating tech: SMS follow-ups, daily reporting, CRM updates after each call
• Daily morning training sessions required
• Fully remote — but a quality camera + clean, professional Zoom background is a must
• Must remain on Zoom video throughout working hours
