About the Opportunity:

The role involves supporting customers by handling inquiries and delivering effective solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns

• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues

• Escalate interactions when appropriate

• Respond to assistance requests and process payments when needed

• Track call information for auditing and reporting

• Provide feedback on call issues

• Meet defined sales objectives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience

• At least 18 years of age

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more

• Comfortable with Windows-based computer systems

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• College degree preferred but not required

• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain customer service standards

• Effective collaboration skills with team members and supervisors

• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

• Openness to feedback and flexible scheduling including various shifts

• Critical thinking for quick issue analysis and decision-making

• Proactive, solution-oriented approach focused on customer experience

Work from Home Requirements:

• Internet with minimum subscribed download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps

• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

• Internet connection cannot be satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed required
