Ruwad Management Trainee Program

Ruwad Management Trainee Program is about building future leaders. The 24-month journey is suited to ambitious Emiratis who see themselves at the forefront of banking and role-models for our country’s future generations.

Programme features

12-month secondment at one of our partner organisations

On-the-job experience working in high profile Emirates NBD departments and projects

Training from premium universities and organisations including INSEAD and PwC

Individualized learning path, coaching and performance reviews

Regular networking opportunities with senior executives across Emirates NBD

Open to all UAE Nationals with no or very limited work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors)
