Job Description: Russian Math Freelance Instructor

Role: Independent Contractor (1099) Company: Infyni Environment: Remote / Online Live Classroom

Overview: Lead high-engagement, live mathematics sessions for K-12 students using the Russian Math methodology. You will focus on developing students' critical thinking, logical reasoning, and abstract problem-solving skills through interactive, real-time instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live 1-on-1 or group math lessons via the Infyni virtual platform.
• Design and implement curriculum focused on mental math, logic, and multi-step word problems.
• Manage student progress and provide feedback through the Infyni LMS.
• Maintain a professional and interactive remote learning environment.

Requirements:

• Expert-level knowledge of Russian Math pedagogy or competitive math.
• Proven experience in K-12 math tutoring or classroom teaching.
• Ability to simplify complex, abstract concepts for young learners.
• Professional remote setup with reliable high-speed internet.
