About the Opportunity:

The organization is focused on closing the justice gap using technology and AI. It supports personal injury lawyers and victims in securing faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for those injured through no fault of their own in accidents, vehicle collisions, natural disasters, and related incidents. The role of Revenue Enablement Associate supports go-to-market teams in a fast-growing startup environment, ensuring alignment, updated content, and accurate internal knowledge to drive success.

Responsibilities:

• Build professional slide decks and sales collateral for sales representatives.

• Maintain and update internal product knowledge guides and checklists in collaboration with the product team.

• Manage day-to-day operations of Sales and Customer Success Bootcamps to ensure effective onboarding.

• Update talk tracks, competitive battlecards, and qualification frameworks in partnership with leadership.

• Experiment with and implement AI tools to improve internal enablement processes consistently.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup setting.

• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and learn from challenges.

• Proactive mindset to create processes and documentation without waiting for instruction.

• Strong design skills using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides to create compelling presentations.

• Early adopter of AI tools and enthusiasm for automating routine enablement tasks.

• Motivation to help injury victims achieve fair settlements.
