What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist the team in coordinating project-related activities, including surveys and interviews at various study sites
• Recruit and enroll research participants for studies
• Manage logistical needs for intervention and evaluation activities, such as equipment setup and food service arrangements
• Maintain databases and project documentation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
• Conduct literature searches and assist with communications related to the institutional review board

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent interpersonal skills, dependable and motivated with a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work evenings and some weekends
• Bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in public health or health policy
• Bilingual language skills, depending on the target study population
