Role Description

This is a part-time remote opportunity for a Travel Advisor. In this role, the Travel Advisor will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements based on their preferences and needs. Daily responsibilities include researching destinations, creating itineraries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The Travel Advisor will also address inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure premium client experiences
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and working within a Travel Agency
• Ability to research and customize travel plans to meet individual client needs
• Proficiency with travel booking tools and technology is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or hospitality are advantageous
