About the Role

We are welcoming Independent Travel Advisors who are either new to the industry or transitioning from hospitality, sales, or customer service.

As an independent contractor, you will build and manage your own book of business while operating within the Wenzell Voyages & Travel framework.

This role is flexible and remote, but it is a real business. You truly get out of it what you put into it. There is real income potential for advisors who stay engaged and committed.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and book travel including cruises, resorts, hotels, and custom itineraries
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Use agency systems and preferred suppliers to quote and confirm travel
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Participate in live trainings, supplier sessions, and ongoing check-ins
• Continue learning and refining your booking skills and niche over time

Requirements

Must Have

• 18 years or older
• Based in the United States
• Laptop and reliable internet connection

Nice to Have

• Drive, motivation, and a genuine interest in travel
• Background in hospitality, sales, or customer service

No prior travel advisor experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Compensation & Structure

This is a commission-only, independent contractor role.

Advisors also contribute a monthly fee, which is standard in the travel industry. This covers essential business tools and support, including training, a professional email, agency systems, ongoing mentorship, and access to book and earn commission with all major cruise lines, hotel brands, and travel suppliers.
