The role involves handling customer inquiries in healthcare, providing innovative responses to various questions and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve questions or concerns

• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues

• Escalate interactions when necessary

• Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed

• Track call information for auditing and reporting

• Provide feedback on call issues

• Upsell products or services if required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

• Comfortable using desktop computer systems with general knowledge of Windows-based systems

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• College degree preferred but not required

• Commitment to following established procedures and delivering customer service excellence

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure

• Open to feedback, evolving policies, and working varied shifts

• Sharp critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills

Work from Home Requirements:

• Minimum internet speeds: 30.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload

• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms

• Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed required
