What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately input orders and appointments across multiple programs
• Document inquiries for outside sales and manage escalated calls promptly
• Solve problems independently and collaboratively with the team
• Perform general office duties including filing, faxing, and creating documents in Word and Excel

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Dependability and excellent attendance record
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or office administrative experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to quickly learn new programs and product knowledge
• Proficiency in using a PC and navigating a Windows environment
