As a customer service contractor, you will represent client brands by handling inbound customer interactions and providing professional, solution-focused support. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. This is not a W-2 employment position.
Contractors service a variety of client programs across industries, such as billing support, customer care, scheduling assistance, and general service inquiries. Hours and servicing availability depend on client demand and program requirements.

Technical Requirements
- High-speed wired internet connection

- USB headset
- Dual monitors recommended (1920 x 1080 resolution or higher)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
