We’re hiring a Remote Sales Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time, work-from-home role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, helping families find the right protection plans, and growing a long-term career in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.

You’ll work with warm, qualified leads (no cold calling), guide clients through benefit program options, and ensure every customer has a positive enrollment experience.

How You'll Contribute

• Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
• Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to schedule online meetings.
• Conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom) to explain benefit programs and coverage options.
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and sales progress.
• Collaborate with your manager to meet performance targets and professional goals.

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a provincial insurance license (training provided).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client support is an asset.
• Must live in USA and be fluent in English.
• Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop required (no tablets or Chromebooks).
