Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Proficient in using computers, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service challenges.
