Job Overview

Ascension Media is hiring remote Appointment Setters to contact home improvement business owners and book sales calls. This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable with outbound calling.

You'll be calling qualified leads we provide, using our proven script to book 15-minute strategy calls. When the appointments you book close into paying clients, you earn $500-$1,000 per deal. Top performers are earning $3,000-$5,000/month working 10-15 hours per week.

This is ideal for college students, aspiring entrepreneurs, or anyone looking to develop real sales skills while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners in the home improvement industry (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling)
• Follow our proven cold calling script to book qualified appointments
• Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track calls, log notes, and update lead status
• Handle common objections using our objection handling guide
• Submit daily activity reports (calls made, conversations, appointments booked)
• Maintain professionalism and persistence in a high-rejection environment
