What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct 500+ outbound calls daily to schedule qualified appointments with company-provided leads
• Maintain clear communication with consultants and clients to ensure accurate representation of the employer
• Collaborate with team members in a performance-driven culture focused on individual growth and accountability
• Participate in periodic in-office meetings as required
• Utilize RingCentral and other technology to efficiently manage high-volume call environments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7+ years of phone and/or direct sales experience
• Proven cold-calling and appointment-setting experience
• Full proficiency with RingCentral
• Prior remote work experience
• Must have up-to-date computer and software, including required equipment (laptop/desktop, cellphone, dual monitors)
