Dancoby Construction Remote Administrative Assistant Full-Time | Remote (U.S. Based) Be the Engine Behind High-End Remodeling Projects Dancoby Construction is hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our New York-based residential renovation team.
This is a fully remote position for a U.S.-based candidate with construction administration experience and strong proficiency in construction management software.
If you're highly organized, comfortable managing billing and documentation, and experienced with platforms like JobTread, Buildertrend, or Procore, this role is for you.

What You'll Do Billing & Invoicing
- Create and send client invoices
- Track billing schedules
- Support light collections follow-up
Lead Intake & CRM Support
- Respond to new inquiries
- Capture and organize lead information
- Maintain clean pipeline tracking
Project Administration
- Maintain accurate job files and documentation
- Update project management software daily
- Keep vendor and subcontractor records organized
Workflow Support
- Assist with administrative scheduling needs
- Support communication between owner, clients, and project team
- Ensure systems remain current and accurate
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction administration or contractor operations
- Hands-on experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software (required)
- Strong invoicing and documentation accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential remodeling experience
- CRM or lead intake workflow experience
- Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-Time Remote Position
- Pay: $18 - $25 per hour
