Recoveries Officer

Responsibility Summary:

Collection and recovery management; managing the written off books by engaging clients to regularize accounts.

Customer satisfaction; ensure timely resolution of client complaints and proposals adhering to agreed turnaround times.

Adherence to recovery process; maintaining and updating physical and digital files regularly.

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

3 years of banking experience with in credit, PQM,.

Good understanding in credit policies and guidelines, Banking Act, IFRS and other relevant statutes in banking.

Skills/Experience Required:

Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers to resolve outstanding debts.

Ability to work in diverse environments and changing business dynamics.

Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.

High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.

Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions for effective decision making.
