Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Records Clerk at Strive Financial Group, based in Indianapolis, IN. The Records Clerk will handle daily responsibilities including organizing, maintaining, and managing records and documents in both physical and digital formats. Additional duties include clerical tasks, supporting accurate recordkeeping systems, and responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to upholding data confidentiality and organizational integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Records Management and Document Management
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry and file organization
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members and handling inquiries
  • Customer Service abilities to provide support effectively and professionally
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office software and database management systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in records management or related fields are advantageous
