Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
Within this position, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the sales process, from generating leads and coordinating property viewings to negotiating offers and closing deals. We are looking for someone who not only has a strong understanding of the property market but also possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
Generating new leads and maintaining company canvassing standards.
Assisting clients with coordinating viewing properties.
Managing & maintaining a pool of buyers and ensuring requirements are met/fulfilled.
Answering phone calls, emails, and providing support to clients by providing information on properties, listings, etc.
Assisting with marketing properties by providing photos, videos, and other marketing materials to prospective clients.
Prepare contracts/brochures for showing homes to potential buyers and sellers.
Working towards targets and meeting KPI's.
Keeping up to date on local real estate trends and market conditions through news articles, magazines, newsletters, government publications, government agencies etc.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Real Estate experience (essential).
Must be available to work full-time and remote.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure of deadlines.
Detail oriented with high attention to accuracy and quality of work produced.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Proficient telephone & email manners.
