What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage all residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing
- Prepare and track contracts, addenda, and disclosures while ensuring compliance
- Coordinate the preparation of listings, including ordering photography and signage
- Communicate effectively with lenders, title companies, agents, and clients
- Assist with general administrative tasks and support marketing efforts for client engagement
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Active Minnesota real estate license
- Prior experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows independently
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency in MLS systems and Google Workspace
- Experience with bookkeeping functions such as receipt tracking and invoice organization
