What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Achieve proficiency with processes after completing a structured training program

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service work experience
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and focus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1 year of call center work experience
• 1 year of experience in medical billing, patient billing, customer service, insurance claims, or explanation of benefits (EOB)
