Job Description

The DRIVE2THRIVE Summer Internship Program is a 10‑week, full‑time, immersive internship experience offering incredible opportunities across key business functions. Interns participate in professional development workshops, networking events, and meaningful project work designed to build critical skills. The program provides robust exposure to leaders and real‑world learning to accelerate early‑career growth.

**Candidates must be in a daily commutable distance to our Ft Lauderdale office for consideration

We are looking for students with the following qualifications: 

Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program (Master’s students also accepted) 

Majoring in field related to internship 

Minimum GPA of 2.5; a GPA above 3.0 is preferred (Transcript will be requested) 

Ability to commute and work full‑time on‑site at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale for the duration of the internship.

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills 

A willingness to learn, with a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability
