Your Responsibilities:

• Support data analysis across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, operations and Travel & Expense.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trackers to support BAU and transformation efforts.
• Assist with data cleansing, validation, and migration activities related to new systems
• Assist with opportunities for efficiencies, automation, AI, and RPA.
• Support documentation, testing, and analysis of automation use cases.
• Support user readiness activities including materials, job aids, and training sessions.
• Create and update PowerPoint decks, materials, and visual summaries.
• Support meeting coordination, notes, follow-ups, and action tracking.
• Build simple trackers, templates, and tools that help the team work smarter.
• Jump in to support ad-hoc requests as needed—no task too small, no project too big.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Must be planning for degree completion between December 2026 – June 2027 in supply chain, or related field.
• Strong interest in data, analytics, AI, automation, and/or business transformation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Comfortable working with data, learning new systems, and navigating ambiguity.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Must have U.S. Work Authorization and does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be in commutable distance from or willing to relocate to a designated office.
• Must be willing to work in-office (days and frequency determined by hiring manager and based on intern programming).
