PR & Partnerships Associate (Part-time, Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PR & Partnerships Associate to support media outreach, thought leadership positioning and strategic partnerships across our brand ecosystem.

You’ll support outreach efforts that help place voices, ideas, and instructors into relevant media, podcasts, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with the internal team to execute campaigns, manage outreach, and support ongoing relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Research and outreach to media outlets, journalists, podcasts, and platforms
• Support podcast booking and media placement efforts
• Assist with thought leadership positioning and pitching
• Outreach to potential brand, instructor, and strategic partners
• Proactively shape, refine, and evolve all public-facing aspects of the brands
• Track outreach efforts and maintain organized records and follow-ups

Who This Role Is For

• Recent college graduates or students nearing graduation
• Interest in PR, communications, media and partnerships
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with outreach
• Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation:

• $2000-$3,500 per month
• Part-time
• With room to grow into a full-time role
