The Experience: Proven track record of hand-stretching dough, managing high-volume ovens (wood-fire or deck), and precision topping.

The "Above & Beyond" Factor: You’re the person who notices the prep line is low and fills it before being asked. You see a mess and clean it. You’re always looking for ways to make the kitchen run smoother.

Team First Mentality: No "ego" in this kitchen. You’re ready to help the front of house, wash a dish in a pinch, or mentor a junior cook.

Consistency & Speed: You can maintain high quality even when the ticket machine is screaming.
