About the Opportunity:

This team is seeking a US-based Personal Injury Intake Specialist to work fully remote. The role involves being the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in personal injury law, gathering case details, coordinating consultations, and ensuring a professional client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for leads via phone or email

• Collect information to understand client needs and assess support options

• Listen empathetically and guide clients to appropriate resources

• Complete legal forms and manage records of interactions

• Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts

• Follow up with clients to ensure needs are met or provide additional support

• Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers

• Proficient in managing calendars and information flow accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background preferred

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information

• Permanent U.S. residence

• Own a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with stable internet connection
